At FoxTrotRox Travels, our goal is to provide personalized, stress-free travel planning experiences that deliver value, transparency, and peace of mind.Please review the following Refund and Booking Policy, which applies to all trip requests, proposals, and bookings made through FoxTrotRox Travels
Complimentary Planning Services
Booking through FoxTrotRox Travels is 100% free.
We do not charge any hidden service fees or markups. Our compensation is received directly from our travel partners after a confirmed booking is made.
Research Deposit Requirement
To begin the research and itinerary design process, a refundable research deposit is required.
This deposit ensures that your travel request receives dedicated time, professional attention, and access to the best available pricing based on your preferences.

The deposit is credited toward your total trip cost once a booking is confirmed.

Clients may request up to three (3) itinerary options under one research deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable if no booking is made from the proposed itineraries, as it covers the time and resources invested in preparing customized quotes and recommendations.

No itinerary research, price comparison, or proposal will begin until the deposit is received.
Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Deposits

Refundable: The research deposit will be applied toward your total trip balance once your reservation is confirmed.

Non-Refundable: If a client chooses not to move forward with any proposed itineraries, the deposit is forfeited as compensation for research and planning time.
Payment Methods
Deposits and final payments can be made securely through Stripe or other approved payment platforms listed in your confirmation email or form.
Payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Booking Confirmations
Once a client confirms a booking, all payments are processed according to the supplier or travel vendor’s terms and conditions (such as airlines, resorts, cruise lines, or tour companies).
Each vendor maintains its own refund and cancellation policies, which will be clearly outlined in your proposal and confirmation documents.
FoxTrotRox Travels acts as your independent travel advisor and booking agent and is not responsible for changes, penalties, or cancellations imposed by third-party suppliers.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your trip after booking, please notify us in writing at info@foxtrotroxtravels.com as soon as possible.
We will work directly with the supplier to determine any eligible refunds, credits, or rebooking options based on their specific policies.
Please note:

Supplier penalties and refund timelines vary by vendor.

Airline tickets, promotional rates, and some resort bookings may be completely non-refundable once issued.
Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval by the vendor or supplier.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback without first contacting FoxTrotRox Travels to resolve a concern may delay any pending refund.
We encourage clients to reach out directly to us for assistance before disputing a transaction.
Agreement
By submitting a travel inquiry, paying a research deposit, or confirming a booking through FoxTrotRox Travels, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Booking Policy in full.
